The CLC Tuckerton Sports Program is the most popular at the school. Many of the
students in our school have high interests in the field of sports. Our school offers
many different sport programs in which the students can take part in and learn from.
The teachers leads the students through these sports and teaches the basics, helping
to build on their previous knowledge. The sports we participate in are basketball,
bowling, softball, volleyball, football, soccer, and weightlifting. Our softball team, the
Hurricanes, went all the way to the Championships a few years ago, winning their first
ever CHAMPIONSHIP GAME! We hope for continued success in the coming year. As
the students take part in these sports, they learn not only how to play the sport, but
how to interact with each other, building on teamwork and friendships.
