The Tuckerton Campus is offering a six (6) week Extended School Year program that incorporates Hands on
Education, Pre-Vocational Training, Career Exploration Field Trips, and Counseling and Related Services. Our
theme for the summer is focusing on Career Exploration and Life Skills, as well as participating in the Alex's
Lemonade Stand, which raises money to help support cancer research.
The ESY program is designed to prevent student regression in academic and behavioral areas. It will also help
the student discover personal skills and talents, reinforce positive self-concept, relate school experiences to
occupational choices and work roles, explore the relationship between work and broader life roles, and introduce
the students to lifelong learning.
